Personal Statement

I hope to swim competitively at University where I can earn my degree while also being part of a team.  I am a great team player and was voted Team Captain for Team BC by my peers. I am very passionate about swimming and love racing, particularly on relays. Swimming is where I not only feel the most comfortable, but where I excel most both as a person as well as an athlete. If I had to use one word to describe myself it would be: tenacious.
