Personal Statement

My goals are.

To surpass myself in every way, to push past every limitation, To aspire to be the best at all times and to inspire others to do the same.                             I plan to compete in the Olympic Games some day and as such I have not stopped increasing my training since the start of my interest in the sports of Track and Field as well as Cross Country nearly a year ago and will only continue to get faster and gain more endurance.

  • Cardio, Leg training.

  • (Mon through Fry) 200 lunges, 100 push ups, 200 squats, 300 jumping jacks, no breaks in set, then a 1 mile run before Brunch at school . After school 5 kilometer run.

  • my personal regiment. ( Six days a week) 100 dumbell curls of 42 lbs. In sets of ten reps. 200 barbell presses of 80 lbs and then 40 reps of 200 lbs . 5 k run . 1 hour of kung fu. half an hour of yoga 200 sit ups, 200 reverse crunches, 200 cycle crunches ,200froggies, 100 leg raises, 100 side taps. No sets.
