Dilan Altamirano '25 Recruiting Profile

Hello my name is Dilan Altamirano, I was born here in the United States, though my parents originate from Ecuador. I started my first season of Track n Field my freshman year at Doherty Memorial High School and I really gave in to loving the sport and what it had to offer. I am currently a sprinter and jumper and compete in various events that include the 100m, 200m, 400m. I also compete in other events like the 55 High Hurdles in the indoor season, along with the outdoors 110 High Hurdles and the 400m Hurdles. At the moment I am currently learning how to do the Long and Triple Jump and I am hoping that by the end of the season I can make at least districts in 1 field event.I am also hoping to join a track and field club or just to go to summer camps to improve not only running and stamina but to meet other athletes like myself with the same goal of improving.
