My name is Manuel Peralta, and I am currently a senior attending Teaneck High school. I have been playing volleyball since my freshman year, and hope to take my love for the game at the collegiate level. I would like to optimize my potential as a volleyball player, and potentially play for a college team in the future. I’m a 5’9 setter and outside hitter who plays all around for our Varsity program in Teaneck High. As a student, I know volleyball is not my number one priority and that my grades are equally, if not more, important. Currently, I have a 4.08 GPA with an SAT score of 1120. Attending Teaneck High school’s Volleyball program and NJVBC’s club team has taught me many things that I carry with me off of the court. Leadership and patience are the two key lessons I have taken away from my progressing career. Our Varsity team is young, for we have a line up of 4 sophomores, 2 Juniors, and one senior. I know as a more experienced player that a calm and collected personality is what will allow my teammates to flourish on the court. Thank you for reading until the end, I really appreciate the opportunity and hope to hear from you soon.
