Growing up in a small town has taught me the value of supporting family in times of need. I was introduced to responsibility at a young age when my sister was diagnosed with cancer, went through treatment, and beat it. I follow in her footsteps of determination and strive to accomplish my goals which are always set high. As a softball player, I apply these beliefs to the game. Nothing is stronger than a team who plays united as a family. I have always worked hard so that my vision of playing on a college team will be apart of my future.
I am a 5’6 outfielder and received All- Conference and All-State awards my freshmen year of high school. Softball has become a year-round commitment for me as I have become a great athlete and student of the game. I divide time to each aspect of the sport including fielding, hitting, and base running. I am looking for a school where I can excel as both a student and an athlete. My interest in the healthcare profession will be a big part of my decision to a college. I’m enrolled in honors and AP classes, involved in National Honor Society, maintain a 4.0 GPA, and I am Junior Class President. I am devoted to compete at the next level and you will find I am very coachable and I will bring lots of energy to the program.
