Personal Statement
When I was little, I always looked up to the college softball players at all the camps I went to. I would walk around the house pretending to throw a softball like they did. Back then, I would have never imagined that I would turn into the softball player that I am today. The position I first started at was first base, but then when I was eight I decided I wanted to learn how to pitch. I automatically loved it. Dad and I would pitch every time we got the chance to. Even now we still work any chance we get. I am the type of person who does not want to quit until I do it right. I also like to learn new things and try new things out. College is where I can get the opportunity to learn these new things. If there is anything that softball has taught me, it is that sometimes it's better to have a team along side you rather than be alone.
