I am nationally recognized by ExtraInnings as #59 OF and #117 overall for class of 2023. There was a lot of hard work that lead me to this great honor.I love sports and it drives me to be at my best even when I'm tired. I have always had to fight harder and be more dedicated to get where I want to be in school. I have 6 different learning issues and have had to fight to be successful in school. Although I am not where I want to be yet, I still dedicate myself to my studies. I have not allowed these challenges to hold me back. I didn't grow up playing sports on teams because I went to school on all summer and winter breaks. I learned from coaches that allowed me to help as the manager or the school that let me work along side the athletic trainers. They knew I loved sports and gave me opportunities to participate. I do love sports and now that I can hold my own in the classroom the past two years, I am now on school and club teams. I would be a great asset to any team because I know what it means to work hard for something that you want. I was on the sidelines for years encouraging the players, so I know how to be a team player as well. It is not always about leading on the court, field or track but on the bench while waiting your turn to play. I never give up and push to be successful in life. Sports push me to be my best in the classroom. I push myself academically so that I can play sports each season and into the collegiate realm as well.
i have attended, for the last year, at the Bridge to Clemson at TCTC where I made the Clemson Club Softball team. I struggle with academics while going to tutoring, so I believe a smaller school to help me get the education I am seeking. after leaving TCTC I focused on coaching a softball team and also served as an assistant softball coach for a travel team. We went to PCB as 10U and did well. It made me love the game even more. So I have decided to go back to school at College of Coastal Georgia to pursue my degree in health science. My dream is still to play college softball.
