Sydney Bires '21 Recruiting Profile

Thank you for viewing my profile! I have practically lived on the softball field since I was about four because I have two older sisters who played softball. I learned to love softball at a young age and never stopped. I have been a three sport varsity athlete all three years of high school. My teammates often view me as a leader and an encourager. I have won awards such as the rookie of the year, MVP, hustler, and uplifter. I'm always open to new ideas and am willing to do anything to get better. I am always looking for ways to be my absolute best on and off the field. I care greatly about my grades and have maintained a 4.0 GPA throughout my three years in high school. I am dependable and will be there for my teammates no matter what. If the team needs someone to step up and take control I am that person. I am not afraid to admit my faults since they make me work harder to get better. I am a go-getter and am very personable. I love making new friends and get along well with others. I am always trying to have a good time. I intend to major in Pre-Pharmacy (Biology). I am looking for a college that will challenge me both athletically and academically.
