I am a Junior at Plainfield North High School in Plainfield Illinois. My graduation year is 2024 and I am primarily a catcher, however I am also an outfielder. On my high school team, I made varsity as a freshman and started just about every game in the outfield and was awarded most-improved player. This year for half of my varsity season I started in the outfield, and the other half as catcher and was even awarded an SPC all-conference award. I play for the 06 Texas Glory IL Blue based out of Joliet IL, In college I hope to major in nursing and pursue a career traveling all over to care for those in need. Recently, I have been ranked the Extra Innings Elite #432 player in the country as well as the 149th ranked catcher in the country. I am a hard working students-athlete and although softball is my passion, I know school will always come first. I have always been a persevering, and dedicated student in the class room and often times score at the higher end of the class with tests. I aspire to be a coach and I have already began giving lessons to young girls to help them learn the game to not only be a skilled athlete, but to learn the mental game as well. I have always been bug with athlete mental health and it is crucial to check in and make sure your personal well being is where it should be. Many of my teammates and coaches would describe me as loud (in a good way), caring, humble, respectful, hard working, and dedicated. I take being a team player to heart and I will always be there for my teammates on and off the field and I have always and will always take coaches feedback with great gratitude and appreciation. My growth as a woman will never stop even beyond my days as a softball player. I hope I can find a four year home with a coaching staff and team of people who will treat me as family just as I will with them.
