Hello! My love for the game of softball started early around the age of 4 years old playing tee ball. Over the last 9 years, I have worked hard at my skills to help pursue my dream of playing at the collegiate level. I continue to develop my athletic and leadership skills which enable me to excel with my teams I am a part of. I truly enjoy being a leader and teammate while playing the sport I love.
My hard work and dedication to the sport runs deep in my soul, from working on the field 2-3 times a week working on catching, fielding, outfield and hitting. I've had times that I've had a bad day of hitting at a tournament that I've asked my dad to hit up the field once we get home and to work on the things that need to be corrected. Even if it means turning on the truck lights so we can see!
Although softball and sports are important to me, my academics come first. I hold myself to a high standard and accountability in each class. After school I am usually rushing to practice with my team or heading to see my hitting and catching trainer. Before and after practice and training I'm in the truck doing homework.
I just love this sport!
