Hello, my name is Maleyna Cruz and I am a dedicated softball player in the class of 2021. I have been playing softball for six years and I am a good candidate for your college team because I am a leader and show much passion on and off the field for this game. To me, softball is a game that you need to be absolutely committed to but also love at the same time and I feel that I have those qualities. As a player in the leadership position on the field, I know I have to be the one to pick up the team and keep fighting for success. I am a unique person with a cheerful personality and I love learning new things that can benefit me as a player and student. I am extremely passionate about everything I do. Aside from my academics, I love joining clubs. In the spring of 2019, I hosted a foreign exchange student from Japan. Also, I am the president of the Friends with Autism Club where I teach and help students with disabilities about the 'real' world. After college, I want to be an anesthesiologist where I can continue to help people.
