Megan Lapinski '16 Recruiting Profile

     Hi, my name is Megan Lapinski. I am a senior in high school, currently playing for my varsity school team and the Monmouth Surf 18u Showcase Softball Team. I have been playing softball since the age of five, and I hope to further my career by playing in college.

     In college, I hope to obtain a sociology and then further my education through law school. During college, I would most enjoy playing softball, and being a part of clubs and other school activities. 

     I am a very dedicated and diverse student. I am a part of five clubs currently. These include Mock Trial, Student Government Association,  Italian Club, Italian Honors Society, and Honors Band. I am an active member in all of these organizations.

     I currently maintain a GPA of 98.0625, and am ranked in the top 10% of my class. I take all honors classes, and two AP courses, so I make sure that I am challenging myself in all aspects of life.

     In any one of my activities, whether it be softball, mock trial, or even the classroom, I am a leader. I contribute greatly to any setting I am put into, I ask questions and participate, and I have the courage and heart to help others. And I would hope to be able to contribute that to your team.
