Personal Statement
Hi, my name is Taylor Sutton; I am a 2025 graduate and attend Atlantic Christian School in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey. I have played sports since I was young, but softball has always been my passion. I began playing rec softball at six years old, and at ten years old, I started playing travel softball to advance my skills and be with other players that wanted to be serious about getting better skills. In addition to playing travel, I started taking batting and fielding and catching lessons. There have also been some outstanding life lessons that I learned thru softball, like being a team leader, working with others, and that hard work pays off. Currently, the club team I play for is the Bucks County Armada 16U team. This year, as a Junior in high school, I will continue my high school varsity career in softball. For softball, my primary position is as a catcher and a utility infielder. I am currently a high school multisport varsity athlete, having been a starter for soccer and a contributing member for basketball. I also participate in many community volunteer activities, including doing mission trips with my high school's mission club. To play softball at the college level is very important to me and drives me to work hard to continue improving my skill base.
