Alex Miller '22 Recruiting Profile

I started with a variety of athletic programs very young...gymnastics, dance, soccer and softball.  I've continued to play both soccer and softball though middle school and added cheer leading.  In 8th grade I was captain of all 3 teams.  I was given an opportunity to guest play on a club softball team and after the weekend tournament was immediately asked to join the roster.  I played almost every inning at shortstop since then, with some time in the circle as well.  A highlight was an inside the park home run at 2017 summer's WFC Nationals where I also won the "fastest runner - 12U" competition.  In 2018 I was selected to represent the Northeast at the Elite Select All American Games.  My season batting average was .450, my OPS was 1.078. 

I'm athletic, fast - my coaches say I have the "twitch muscle".  I'm a straight A student, taking advanced classes, Student Council treasurer and my teachers and school administrators say I'm a leader of my peers.

I'm looking for a school the fits me, academically, athletically and lifestyle.  I get up every morning ready to compete whether it's in the classroom, on the field or even playing a game with my family.  My talent will speak for itself.  What I will show you is my leadership, teamwork and effort that will have a positive impact on your team.
