Hannah Fortson '21 Recruiting Profile

My goal is to pursue a degree in Sports Management, Sports Psychology or Sociology, with the ultimate goal of one day coaching a collegiate softball program. I view sports as a way to develop character and impact the world for good, and I want to learn from coaches who have this same perspective.

To accomplish my goals, I hope to play softball at a very competitive level. I want to play on a winning team that pursues excellence and really works together as a family, helping me reach my full potential as a player and future coach. I also want to play for a coach that helps me grow as a person and is an excellent mentor.  

Personal Statement...

I am big on team unity, zero drama and enjoying the game. I am an enthusiastic leader. I have a strong work ethic and I am willing to work to accomplish high goals.  I am a people person and I love investing in my teammates. I have a strong faith and these values translate into being loyal, passionate, a good role model and a team-oriented person.
