Personal Statement
My name is Brooke Webb and I am a senior at Chesapeake High School where I play volleyball, basketball, and softball. I am always trying to better myself, whether it be in the classroom, on the court or field. As a member of the National Honor Society, I take great pride in my community service, and keeping up with my grades.
I began playing softball at the age of 8 and have loved it ever since. I began to play travel ball for Crush in 2012, where I currently pitch and play center-field. During my junior year of high school season, I made 1st- team All-District and lead the team with a .500 batting average, 9 home runs, and 208 strikeouts.
Playing softball has taught me in many things such as learning to communicate with others, holding myself and others accountable, and patience. My coaches, parents, and teammates would say that I am a hard worker, good listener, and a team leader. I want a coach who is going to continually push me and my teammates to be the best that we can be. I hope to continue my softball career at a college or university that has the same goals as I do. Thank you for viewing my profile and I look forward to hearing from you.
