Home Run Highligh...Personal Statement
Playing softball in college has been a dream for longer than I can even remember. I played on recreational baseball teams until I was eight when I switched to playing my dream sport, softball. I started playing Travel Softball in 2017 to compete at a higher level and challenge myself. My goals are to graduate high school, attend a college that I have the opportunity to play softball, and to pursue a career in Nursing. I attend lessons for hitting and catching on a weekly basis to help pursue my dream of playing in college. Whether in the field or in the classroom, I always have a positive attitude and like helping others. I am coachable, if a coach tells me to do something I'm going to give it my all. I am a goal-oriented, dedicated, and self-motivated individual. My competitive nature makes me an outstanding player under pressure. I look forward to being a member of a close-knit, competitive, and winning team as I continue my education following high school.
