I am a senior in high school on track to graduate valedictorian of my class. I am a leader and am willing to play anywhere you put me and have learned the value of hard work and dedication through having to play through injuries. I am a 4-year starter at Class 4A Cleveland, I am a utility player but primarily play 2nd base. I am co-captain of my softball team, as well as the NHS and Student Council President. Although all athletes work hard to be successful, I think that my experiences of overcoming shoulder surgery after my junior season have really taught me the value of hard work. Also, I truly understand what a privilege it is to get to play softball, as I thought I might not be able to anymore. Fortunately, my shoulder has come back strong, and I've really enjoyed my Senior year. I think I can help a college team out, and I know you won't find anyone who will work harder or strive for success than I will.
