JoLee McNally '22 Recruiting Profile

My goal in my collegiate career is to improve myself as I go, as well as get a great education to pursue a good career after college. I always try my best in every game to better myself as a player, a team mate, and person as a whole. I always have the mentality of doing my absolute best. If I feel like I'm not giving 120% in everything I do, I need to work harder. I am usually not a shy person. I can be at times, but for the most part I am very outgoing. I get along with everyone, and I'm not afraid to talk to anyone. I am definitely a hard worker, and will sometimes go above and beyond if possible. My family is very supportive in everything I do. What makes me different from other recruits is that I always try and lift my team mates up when they're down on themselves, and I know my abilities and I believe in myself. I always try and keep a positive attitude, rather than tearing myself down. I will listen to any advice given to me, and I believe I am a very coach-able athlete.
