Hello there!
I am Presley Whetman from Sandy Utah (a
Suburb of Salt Lake City), I am 5'5, and 140lbs. Softball is my passion. I have
competed in this sport for over ten years. When I was younger, I played
baseball until I was about thirteen. Then I made "the switch" as they
called it. I went into high school thinking this is where I start my career as
a softball player. I am committed to everything I do. I have been captains of
various sports teams and am currently a head captain of my club competition
team, The UT Lady Freakz. And plan to work for captain of my high school team
this year. My coaches are often telling me it is time to go because I am on the
field constantly. If it is not snowing, you will find me outside throwing or
hitting. (Which I LOVE). On my various teams, I bring the heart. Sometimes
girls lose focus and are distracted but I am the first to bring them back to
focus. I bring the voice to the team as well. My voice will be gone Saturday
morning from Friday nights game. That is what I was going for. Those things
called goals, I call them expectations. In goals, you fail to either attain or
reach. An expectation means no matter how many times you fail you will get
right back to it until you meet it. My expectations include nothing less than
honor roll for grades, and in athletics to be your worst nightmare. I would
very much love to wreck all and every team I encounter.
