Ever since I started softball at the coach pitch level at 7 years old, I knew automatically I wanted to dominate on this field for the rest of my career. I understand that it will take lots of hard work and determination but, I believe that I could one day play at the collegiate level.
On my high school and travel teams, I am a team leader. I am easily coachable and I like to pick up the team as a whole, while making sure we are practicing hard to get better. I hope to grab your attention with my leadership and sportsmanship skills.
While I practice hard on the diamond, I also put lots of hard work into my academics. Since the beginning of 3rd grade, I have maintained all A's with honors and AP classes. I take my work very seriously and I maintain a high GPA.
Also, I participate in other activities in my school. Since 3rd grade, I have participated in the School Council Association. Each year, I was a representative and I have been vice-president for 2 years. I also participated in NJHS in middle school. Since 6th grade, I participate in band. I play the french horn and n my freshman year, I played the mellophone for the marching band.
It may seem as if I have a lot on my plate, but each thing in my life means a lot to me and I like to succeed in every which way. I would like to attend a college that best fits me and pushes me to be the best student-athlete I can be and the highest competition level I can reach. I hope to be a role model for my family and to make my family proud from how far I have come.
