Victoria Seymour '18 Recruiting Profile

Softball has been part of my life since I was six years old.  I started playing because of my sisters. Watching them play in all of their tournaments inspired me to play once I was old enough to do so. Obviously, it is way more fun to play, than watch. After watching my sister play college softball and watching the college world series every year, I have made playing college softball a goal of mine.
School is a very important part of my life. I finished my freshman year with a 3.77 GPA. I work hard on my grades so that it will pay off later on in life. I believe I would like to pursue Athletic Training as a career.  I will be a student assistant trainer this fall for our football team.  I also play basketball for my high school.
On the softball field, I am willing to play any position.  My primary position is 3rd base, but I can play anywhere (besides pitching). Base running is another strong point of mine because I love to be aggressive on the base paths.
Finding the right college match that allows me to pursue my goals academically, athletically, and personally, is a key step to helping me reach my ultimate goal of making my parents proud in every step I take.
