Amelia Ackerman '18 Recruiting Profile

I'm looking for a college to earn a biology degree while playing competitive basketball on a family oriented team.  I understand the value of a strong work ethic and I want to be surrounded with others who want to grow together and possess a desire to achieve greatness.  I am a committed person; I set goals and I achieve them.  In terms of basketball, this season on defense I want to create more turnovers (specifically - 5 second calls and steals) and on offense I want to shoot 170 (80 FT, 45 FG, 45 3-pt).  I believe the truest measure of success in life comes from walking in God's will.  I view basketball, science, community work and all my other interests as avenues for Christ to be revealed through my words and actions.  Thank you for taking time to check out my profile and I look forward to talking with you soon.
