I am a 15 year old Australian diver. I believe that I can be a great asset to your team. I am passionate about the sport and believe I will continue to succeed. I will complete high school in December 2026 at Presbyterian Ladies College Sydney where I am on an academic and all rounder scholarship. I am interested in pursuing a scholarship to pursue further study in America and continue to compete at an elite level.
I have been diving for 8 years competing at national and international levels throughout Australasia. One of my highlighted achievements was competing at the 13th Singapore International Competition where I placed third in the group B 3m springboard and 3rd in the group A/B synchronised platform event whilst competing for the New Zealand elite team. I am a strong platformer and an excellent synchro partner. Whilst I do excel in my sport I also focus strongly on my academics.
I am interested in studying sciences with a focus on human biology. I am currently in extension science at school and won 1st place in the STANSW Young Scientist Competition for chemistry in 2024. My science research project on the breakdown of bubble tea in a simulated stomach model was selected for presentation at the Skepticon conference held in Sydney in 2024 and my research won the Dr Paul Burgis Scholarship Award where I was invited to attend the International Science Student Conference (ISSC) in India at the Doon school in December 2024. I learnt and excelled in my scientific skills and these are a few examples of my academic capability.
I am a supportive and kind teammate who will constantly push others to succeed and I want to help others pursue their goals. I will work alongside one another through challenges. These qualities I’m confident will be an assets to your team.
