Bailey Boyd '23 Recruiting Profile

For as long as I can remember I have dreamt of competing gymnastics at the college level. I watch competitions all the time and it looks like a fun atmosphere and a great place to continue doing the sport I love after high school. I think I am a good candidate for college gymnastics not only because I love gymnastics but I also love challenging my teammates to do their best and encourage them all the time. I think I am different from other recruits because I look out for my teammates and I am good at overcoming fears I face in and outside of the sport. I've lived in Bermuda for my entire gymnastics career and have dealt with the intense commitment that comes with the sport and international travel. I will be moving to Canada in Grade 11 hoping to further my progress in gymnastics by getting more exposure to excellent coaching and competitions.
