Alessia Lye '22 Recruiting Profile

I aspire to play lacrosse at a school that fulfills my athletic and academic needs. I highly value my academics and I am looking to attend a school that shares the same values as me. I am very interested in majoring in business, marketing, and/or fashion. As an athlete, I am very dedicated, hardworking, and passionate. I train all year to improve myself as a lacrosse player and to prepare myself for the spring season. During the lacrosse offseason, I focus on increasing my speed, strength and agility through my participation in Cross Country and Track. On the field, I am an aggressive attacker. One of my strengths as a player is my accurate and precise shooting ability. Through my experience transferring to a new school district, I found that I am able to quickly form strong relationships with my new teammates and adjust to different environments. I think that this skill will help me play at the collegiate level, as I will connect easily with a new team.
