Siani Saunders '23 Recruiting Profile

I picked up my first lacrosse stick when I was 7 years old, and I haven’t put it down since. I instantly fell in love with this sport and have valued all that it has taught me. Over the years lacrosse has helped me develop my leadership skills on and off the field which has contributed to my academics as well. I always strive to be a team leader by treating every practice like it is game day and always give 100% to set an example. I am a coachable athlete who is always up for the challenge to learn and try new things.

As much as I love sports academics will always come first. I’ve had to learn how to be a multi sport athlete while keeping my grades up. Time management has become a prominent part of my everyday life especially now that I get older I am also adding volunteering to my schedule. I hope to find a school that will continue to challenge me academically as well as athletically.
