Madison Hartley '24 Recruiting Profile

I started Lacrosse in 2016 at 4th grade and started playing Goalie the following year.  From that point on I knew Lacrosse was the sport for me.  

Our club teams were small, so I have been fortunate enough to be able to play up with the older kids from day 1, so always more games under my belt than the average player.  I got to be challenged to become better by repetition.  

2018 I started playing Elite Travel lacrosse which really opened my eyes to what skills I needed to work on to improve as a goalie.  I learned from playing on a different level the value of positive attitude, hard work ethic, sacrifice, commitment and teamwork are all keys to be a success both on and off the field.  My Tenacity Elite Lacrosse Team helped me realize that I have the talent and drive to make a positive impact for any team that I am fortunate enough to join at the collegiate level.
