Emma Bianco '21 Recruiting Profile

In college, I want to row because I am passionate about being in a team environment and working with others to complete a common goal. One of my favorite things about rowing is that it is a very team-oriented sport. I started rowing the summer before my freshman year of high school because I was looking for more of a collaborative and supportive environment than the swim team I was currently on. The decision to begin my journey as a rower is one of the best decisions I have ever made and helped me discover something I am passionate about. I fully intend to continue rowing throughout college, and if that is not possible, I will consider coxing. I am excited to find opportunities for me to be the best athlete I can on a team that I fit well with!
