Rowing is something that has grounded me and has pushed me daily to be the best rower, teammate, and person I can be. I hope to continue this attitude into college and row on a team with a strong and vibrant team culture, along with a competitive crew that pushes me and is ready to take on anything both on and off the water. I believe I am a good candidate due to my work ethic. I am a fun teammate who tries to personally get to know every girl I row with. I am someone who puts my all into each practice and makes sure I am constantly setting myself up for success in my sleep, nutrition, and overall health. I pride myself on my consistency and my ability to push those around me to break past their perceived maximum efforts. You can find me showing up early to practice, helping get boats and oars out to the docks, greeting the other girls on their way into the locker rooms, and giving myself enough time to stretch before and after practice. One thing I can promise is that I will always give my best at whatever is thrown my way!
