Lillian Leschinsky '22 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing soccer for as long as I can remember, and it is something that i have always been passionate about. My 7th grade year I began playing year round really growing my dedication to where I am now. My whole middle school soccer career our team never lost a game and continued to win the championships back to back. I began playing at a higher level my Freshman year, starting with playing on higher level older teams, and continuing to play at the varsity level as a Freshman. My freshman year of high school soccer I was chosen as freshman of the year and All Conference creating a great start to my high school soccer career. The fall of 2019 with the Northern Colorado Rush soccer club I played on a u19 team as a 15 year old as well as a u17 team in the same season.  I was a captain on the u17 team and was chosen to be in a leadership group in our school. 

By playing the sport I love I have became dedicated, a leader, disciplined, resilient, and committed to my team, myself, and the sport. I have been separated from my friends, previous teammates, and coaches several times enabling me to adapt and learn to continue, play, and grow no matter the circumstances. I am anticipating graduate high school already having taken college level classes, and proceeding to go to a college that is fitting to me academically and athletically. As a two sport athlete I believe I am a leader with great character and passion and a quality candidate to be considered for your program.
