My name is Sophia Chandler and I attend Doherty Memorial High school in Worcester, Massachusetts. Ever since I played soccer for the first time I fell in love with the sport, and it has remained that way ever since. Personally for me it would be a huge accomplishment for me to play college soccer, as I would be the first collegiate athlete in my family. My hard work ethic and willingness to learn is what has helped me (and continues to help me) grow as a person both on and off the field to become the best version of myself that I could possibly become. Athletically, academically, and personally I have always been one to strive to become better at anything and everything I do. For me effort along with dedication is everything; I will forever and always put 100% effort in everything I do, as I will bring my hard work ethic, positive attitude, and athletic abilities to any team I play on. Speed has always been one of my most valuable assets as a soccer player, and I work hard to become faster each time I play/practice hoping to improve myself and help my team as well. It would be an honor and dream come true to have the opportunity to continue my soccer career on a college team, and I hope it is something that will become a reality in the near future.
