Isabel Demski '26 Recruiting Profile

My name is Izzy Demski. I am a starting center back for the Real Futbol (Real JFC) 2008 Girls Academy team in South Jersey. I’ve been a member of the team for eight years, and my commitment to the club has brought me lifelong friends and excellent qualities as a soccer player. My dominant position is center back, either left or right side. Additionally, I am experienced playing left and right outside back. I also play for Shawnee High School. We went undefeated (25-0), with an NJSIAA Group III State Championship Title, the first in our school's history. We are also SJSCA Coaches Cup Champions, Olympic Conference American Division Champions, and NJSIAA South III Sectional Champions.

My strengths include quick thinking, determination, coachability, and a strong understanding of the game. My coaches have always described me as a natural athlete due to my work ethic, height, and physical strength. While playing, if I make a mistake I will not rest until I have fixed it. I thrive defending on the field; it’s the most enjoyable part of soccer for me. During a game, I am willing to put everything on the line to keep the opposing team from scoring.

My goal is to play collegiate soccer at a school with a strong International Studies and Diplomacy program. I have faced challenges throughout my life, and soccer has always been an outlet for me. I know that certain challenges will never stop, so I hope to continue to compete at the college level.
