Hailey Koop '26 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name is Hailey Koop and I'm a class of 2026 goalkeeper. I've been playing soccer since I was 4, longer than I can remember honestly. I'm a goalkeeper for the Seven Lakes High School Varsity team. In addition, I'm also on a competitive club team called SG1. I've played for many different clubs, good and developing, so with that I've had to learn different ways to play my position. I've also had the opportunity to learn from my coaches different perspectives and apply them to my play. My coaches in the past have describes me as determined, confident in the box, and very coachable. Some of my strengths are my competitiveness, my motivation, and like how others have said, how coachable I am. In school I enjoy Mathematics, Science, and English, and I use these interests to push my dream of becoming a teacher. I would love to become a teacher because I enjoy helping people, especially children, so I would be honored to help grow their beautiful minds. I understand how much of a privilege it is to have this recruiting help and these opportunities available to me, which is why I plan to use them to my full ability. Some of my goals are to grow and develop my physical fitness, graduate with a degree, learn from the college experience, and build my teamwork skills. I can't do this on my own though, so I would be grateful to get the camp experience by meeting as many coaches as I can.
