Jamyla Davis '23 Recruiting Profile

My name is Jamyla Davis, I have a lot of goals for my college life. I plan on becoming a veterinarian but I also want to see how far I can take my athletic career because I feel like I could make it to the Olympics if I put in enough work. I’ve been running track since my 7th-grade year. Watching women's track and field on TV gave me the inspiration to do it myself and I fell in love since. I want to be the first in my family to make something of myself so my siblings have something to look up to to motivate them to do great things in their future.
