Hello! My name is Sofia Sato, and I am a US / Japanese dual citizen living in Tokyo, Japan. I’m a rising junior and competitive distance runner at the International School of the Sacred Heart. I’m training every day to improve my performance in the 5K XC, which is my strongest event.
