Icesis Gaston '22 Recruiting Profile

Hi, I'm Icesis Gaston I am a 400 meter hurdler and  a triple jumper.   I have been running track every since 7th grade ( my very first year ever). I became interested in track after my very first track meet in Middle school. I  also was a Gymnast for 13 years and I also  play Volleyball in which I started  playing  in Middle school and I  currently play during the  High School season,  but  I really like track the most .  In 2019  I received an award for  The Most Outstanding Freshman and was chosen as Team Captain. I  am currently Team Captain this year also . 

What allows me to stand out from other athletics is my willingness to learn ,listen, and work as a team as well as an individual all related  from my  many years of training across the 3 sports. Those interest  built my  strong character they taught me courage as well as strength, flexibility, agility, coordination, and endurance but  most of all respect.
