My collegiate goals and aspirations include getting a degree in business management and play Division III volleyball in college as an outside hitter. I believe I am a qualified candidate because I have played multiple positions which have made me into a dynamic player such as playing middle for our varsity team that won 2A state and have also played Libero and right side for our JV team, when they were short on players. Though, now I am focused on being an outside hitter. I also played hockey for 10 years, which has allowed me to obtain balance and strength that have improved my skills even further. During our 2018 season, our small high school team combined with another to win state and I won an All-tournament medal in all of the tournaments during the season, including the State Tournament. During the 2019 season, I was awarded the MVP of the region and received various All-Tournament awards. Though I do have a passion for volleyball, academics will always come first. I have gotten all A's throughout my freshman, sophomore, and junior years, maintaining a 4.0 GPA and higher. I believe I am a valuable player because I can bring both a cultural uniqueness and a positive attitude that is outmatched by many. Furthermore, I have a strong enthusiasm for both academics and volleyball that is a vital component as a player and student.
