Makenna Carrillo '21 Recruiting Profile

Hi, Coach, my name is Makenna Malamalamaohokuahiahi Carrillo and I'm a Senior varsity starter at Chandler High school in Chandler, Arizona, and currently with Aspire volleyball club.  I am an OH/OPP.  I know I have what it takes to help your team win. I've been playing volleyball since I was 9 years old, and I've always wanted to play volleyball at a high level in college while getting my degree at the same time. I envision my college years to be a personal growth period.  On the court, I plan to be a dynamic player and positive influence on the team.  As I grow both physically and mentally throughout my college volleyball career, I will strive to be an asset at my position that will help my team win.  Most importantly, I will conduct myself with honor and respect on and off the court, knowing that the way I carry myself reflects my team, my coaches and the school I attend.
