I am a mentally strong driven person with the drive to do anything I put my mind to. I plan to go to a college that I can play volleyball at and study to be a Marine Biologist. I think because of my strong drive to succeed I am a good candidate because that also means that I will do anything to get to where I want and work very hard for a spot that I want. I think because I do Band also that I have a different mindset on things, because that builds character on how to be positive, be strong, listen to your coaches or Band director, and accept criticism without any judgment or attitude. I feel like a lot of people do have a problem with critic's, but because of band I feel like I can accept it with open arms. This is me.

Training
- Lessons, working out, and running.

- I run 2-3 miles for Cross country and Track. While I also do 3 different sets of 10 box jumps twice first box regular on and off jumps then a different type next. After that I do 30 nonstop explosive jumps. After do 15 squats on the smith machine with what weight the coach tells me to put on there. Then I do those 3 times. Then after those 3 sets I go and do jump ropes: 100 regular jump ropes, 100 Double jump ropes, 100 Criss cross with your feet, 100 Criss cross with your arms, 100 high Kneese jump ropes, 100, skis, then run 2 laps on a long strip while doing jump ropes at the same time, then do 50 fast jump ropes where your feet hit the ground multiple times while jump roping, and that is all.
