Jennifer Curtiss '16 Recruiting Profile

Hi! I'm Jenny Curtiss, I'm a DS/Libero from Larkspur, Colorado and I'd absolutely love to have the opportunity to play volleyball in college! Although I have only 3 years of volleyball under my belt, I'm a very quick learner and catch on to the conceptual aspects of the game very quickly. I love learning about the game and love playing it even more. These aspects also are reflected in my academics, where I now have a 3.87 weighted GPA. Although playing volleyball is an incredibly integral part of my life, academics is even more so. I'd love a school that allows me to plan for my future and assists me in this process while making it easy to access opportunities to prepare for my future. I'm currently enrolled in AP English Language and Composition (where I have a 93%) and am planning on taking AP English Literature next year, so I'm very interested in pursuing a major involving English, possibly Journalism. 

My faith is another thing that is very important to me. I don't necessarily need a Christian college, I'm open to anything, but my faith is a large part of my life. I just love the game of volleyball and would be thrilled if you'd consider me for your program!
