Fall of 2019Personal Statement
I will be a junior this upcoming school year. I attend Limon High School in Limon, Colorado. I'm 6’0 and play volleyball, but I also play basketball, softball, and run track. I am a good student with a 4.0 GPA and a member of the National Honor Society. As a freshman I made it to the state playoffs in all four sports, and placed in all four events at the state track meet including first place in the 4x400. As a sophomore I was a starter in volleyball, softball, and basketball. We placed second in the state tournament in volleyball. In softball we made it to the final 8 of the state tournament. We won our first game at the state tournament in basketball before having it cancelled due to Covid-19, which was tough. Playing college volleyball has always been a goal of mine. I have a great work ethic and drive to be at my best. Volleyball has always been my passion, but competing and winning is what truly makes it enjoyable.
