Bella Janda Personal Statement
I am an outside hitter and have been playing volleyball for six years, four years have been on the varsity team. I pride myself on being a team leader and always supporting my teammates. I would love to play on a college team with wonderful new team members and have exposure to elite coaching. I have lived in numerous places and countries, and have developed a love for diversity and new experiences. I believe this has given me a different perspective and world view, developing a sense of empathy and desire to be part of a group of varied players. It has also driven my decision to study education with a focus on teaching english as a second language.
