Academically, socially, and competetively, I challenged myself by attending to Loomis from my small catholic school in my small town. I wasn't scared of leaning into discomfort. But that is something I am good at; challenging myself in all aspects of life. I grew up with three brothers, so competition was already high in my home. That mentality helps me on the court or as a part of a team because I don't shy away from opportunities that scare me. At school, I ran for positions where I can make a change in my community. On the court I value unity more than anything and I think that's what differs good teams from great teams. Keeping a positive attitude even during really rough games is what I do best and losing my voice is a small sacrafice to make for bringing my team together. As a player, I am very coachable and a quick learner, and the improvement I showed in the short years I have picked up the sport is a good advocate for that.
