Emily Savage '25 Recruiting Profile

Hello, My name is Emily Savage. I would love to tell you about myself.  I love life.  It is a precious gift and I and thankful for all of my opportunities.  One of these opportunities includes being able to play volleyball for my school for the past 4 years.  I am currently an OH, but have played Middle and DS as well. Although my goal is to win, I have learned so many other great things that have fueled my passion for this sport.  I have learned compassion during wins and strength during losses.  How to be part of a team even in the most difficult times, and when to let go. I have learned to be a leader and to take a step back when needed.  But most importantly I have learned to have and give grace,  I have been fortunate to have a strong leader in my coaches both at school and in the club setting that invest in me as a person. I could tell you all of my accolades but most importantly volleyball is a mental and physical game that has shaped me as a person.
