In the mere three years that I have played volleyball seriously, I have grown to love the sport more and more everyday. As a student athlete, I acknowledge the hard work that is done, not just in the gym but in the classroom as well. I currently attend the Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy, a public, state funded, and selective school that places emphasis on STEM. I take extensive courses in science, specifically in chemistry and biology because I am passionate about the science field and I am considering going into the pre-medical track in the future. Because IMSA has rigorous classes, there is no unanimous GPA or student rankings.
I want to continue playing volleyball and have aspirations to compete at the collegiate level. I give maximum effort in everything I do, whether it be school or sport related and I work hard to accomplish my goals. As a captain on SPVB 16 Navy, I took on a leadership role where I helped build the team both on and off the court. Thank you for taking the time to read my profile!
