Mckenzie Kempf '24 Recruiting Profile

I have always had a passion for volleyball. I love the connections I can make with teammates on and off the court. I believe my coach saw something in me during my freshman year. I was given a jersey to dress varsity at our first game of the season at home. I subbed in to play right side with the team. I continued my work ethic and dedication which then paid off, allowing me a starting position, later in the season. After my freshman season, we lost a good amount of seniors. Coming into my sophomore year, my team knew it would be a growing season. We kept our heads high and pushed through the obstacles handed to us. We had a great season and made many more connections with ourselves on and off the court. By my junior year, we had a fantastic relationship having an outstanding season. For my senior year, I am going to set a few goals for myself. I want to become the team leader again and continue to improve my skills. I would really like to continue my volleyball path by playing in college!

As a freshman, I received an honorable mention. As a sophomore and junior, I received second-team all-conference. 

My favorite subject is math. In the future, I would really like to study business analytics.
