My aspirations and goals are to self motivate and grind so that I can be the best teammate I can be. What makes me a good candidate is that I am very honest whether my teammates need advice or need pointers on a certain play, I plan to give and receive constructive criticism as the season progresses. My character is very uplifting and I am an all smiles person and I am very good with checking on my teams mental health.
