Lillian Talbot '22 Recruiting Profile

   From a young age, I played soccer competitively. When I made the volleyball team in 4th grade, I decided that this was the sport for me. Volleyball has been my passion ever since and many that know me may say that it's even an obsession of mine. 

   I'm driven and motivated. I've always wanted to be the best in the room at everything I do, and others motivate me to do better. When I transferred to a much more competitive club, Red Storm, I was far from the best. The work I put in on and off the court and the incredible advice my coaches have given me has moved me to play better than ever. 

   Competitively supportive is my motto when it comes to sports. I motivate my team to do better and they motivate me. Congratulating the success of my team has become one of the most important parts of volleyball to me. By setting goals, personal and collective goals, success is an easy feat to achieve. 

   I have always been very independent, both in sports and academics. My grades are very important to me. By taking AP and DE classes in highschool, I have learned how to manage my time and stress, all the while, challenging myself to become better and better. 

   I realize that I have started the recruiting process late, but I have always wanted to play and have never known where to begin. 

   I would be honored and greatly appreciate a look at my clips. I am a versatile player, therefore, in these clips, I'm all over the court. My main position is an outside attacker, however, I'm working at the right hitter position. Thanks for your time!!! :)
