Ella Welch '28 Recruiting Profile

My name is Ella Welch, and I've played volleyball for more than four years.  I take immense pride in playing hard, being a good teammate and continuing to improve my technique and athleticism, to advance my overall level of play.    

Since 2021, I've played club volleyball at Niagara Frontier Volleyball Club, the premier club in western New York.  For the past two years, I've played Libero/DS for the national level, top-tier team at the club.  This has provided me the opportunity to play against the best volleyball players ay my age in the eastern United States.  

For school, I started every match at Libero as a 9th grader on our  varsity team, and embraced the opportunity to play against older and stronger girls.  Next year, I plan to grow my contributions to the team and be a leader on the court.  

My long-term goal is to continue my volleyball career at the collegiate level, as I pursue a degree.  I appreciate you taking the time to learn more about me!
